George’s Fish Bar on Shirland Road is hands-down the best fish and chip shop I’ve ever been to! The chips are perfection, golden and crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. The fish is always fresh, light, and full of flavour, never greasy. On top of that, the service is outstanding, friendly, fast, and they always make you feel welcome. Highly recommend!
